DHF CROPIQ APPLICATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction

1.1. These terms and conditions apply to The DHF Farm CropIQ Application (the Application) developed by DHF Technology and Trading Company Limited, providing services to support agricultural information and production activity management for users.

1.2. When registering and using the Application, users are understood to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated in this document.

1.3. These terms aim to guide and regulate the rights, obligations of users as well as the responsibilities of DHF Platforms in collecting, using, and securing data.

2. Definitions

2.1. User Account: An account registered by the user on the DHF Platforms’s system.

2.2. Personal Data: Identifying information such as phone number, email, address, and food safety and hygiene certifications.

2.3. Garden Data: Information about the number of gardens, total cultivation area.

2.4. Crop Season Data: Information about crop seasons planted and types of crops in the garden.

2.5. Farmer's Diary Data: Records of garden care activities such as watering, fertilizing, spraying, weeding, harvesting, season closing along with detailed content and related images provided by the user.

2.6. Financial and Payment Data: (Will be updated when this feature is available in the future).

3. Rights and Obligations of Users

3.1. Account Management and Information Accuracy

  • Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy and completeness of their information within the Application.

  • Any changes to personal information, garden information, crop seasons, or farmer's diary should be reported promptly to DHF Platforms for updating in the Application.

  • Users must use only the account credentials provided to them by DHF Platforms and not attempt to access the system using other credentials.

3.2. Content Responsibility

  • Users are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of information, data, and images posted through their accounts.

  • Posting content that violates laws, infringes on third-party rights, or is provocative or discriminatory in nature is not permitted.

  • DHF Platforms reserves the right to review and remove any content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

3.3. Information Security

  • Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and not sharing them with others.

  • Any unauthorized use of an account must be reported immediately to DHF Platforms.

  • Any use of an account will be considered as actions taken by the authorized user and will be their responsibility under the law.

3.4. Right to Delete Account and Data

Account Deletion Request:

  • Users have the right to request account and personal data deletion through:

    • In the application: Select Home → Delete account and follow the instructions.

    • By contacting DHF Platforms support at tech-support@dhfplatforms.com.

  • The account deletion request process will go through verification steps to ensure the user truly wants to delete the account and avoid mistakes through 2-step OTP verification via registered email.

Processing and Storage Time:

  • Account deletion requests will be completed within 7 working days.

  • Data will be deleted from the main system within 24 hours, while data in the backup system will be deleted after 6 months, except in cases where the law requires retention.

Account Recovery:

  • Users can request account recovery within 30 days from deletion by contacting support at tech-support@dhfplatforms.com and providing necessary authentication information (e.g., ID card).

4. Data Collection and Usage

4.1. Scope of Data Collection:

  • Personal data: Including phone number, email, address, and food safety certification.

  • Garden data: Information about the number of gardens, total cultivation area.

  • Crop season data: Information about crop types and seasons implemented in the garden.

  • Farmer's diary data: Detailed records of garden care activities, including images and descriptive content.

  • Financial and payment data: (Will be updated when this feature is available in the future).

4.2. Purpose of Use:

All data collected is used solely within our app ecosystem for analytical and operational purposes. We do not use data for tracking users across apps and websites owned by other companies for targeted advertising or advertising measurement purposes.

  • Provide agricultural information management services, support management and monitoring of users' production activities.

  • Improve service quality through analysis and processing of data provided by users.

  • Ensure the safety and security of information in accordance with current laws.

  • Details about data processing after account deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.

4.3. App Tracking Transparency:

The Application does not engage in tracking as defined by Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. We do not link data collected within our app with third-party data for advertising purposes or share it with data brokers.

5. Rights and Obligations of DHF Platforms

5.1. Rights of DHF Platforms:

  • Collect, process, and store data according to the terms stated.

  • Update, edit, supplement, and change these terms when necessary. Any changes will be announced on the Application and take effect from the time of notification.

  • Suspend or terminate services for cases of serious violations of the terms of use or behaviors harmful to the system.

5.2. Obligations of DHF Platforms:

  • Secure and protect user data according to current security standards.

  • Provide stable, continuous service and support users in answering questions related to using the Application.

  • Comply with legal regulations on personal data protection and user information.

5.3. Platform Compliance Requirements

DHF Crop IQ Application commits to meeting the requirements of the Apple App Store and Google Play Store:

  • Provide an account deletion feature directly in the application (e.g., at Settings → Account).

  • The account deletion process requires 2-step verification (OTP via SMS/email) and cancellation of the login token (if using Sign in with Apple/Google).

  • User data will be completely deleted from the system, except in cases where the law requires retention.

  • Detailed information about data processing after account deletion is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. DHF Platforms is not responsible for:

  • Direct or indirect damages arising from the use or non-use of the Application.

  • Errors due to users providing inaccurate information or violating regulations on posted content.

  • Service interruptions due to technical errors, natural disasters, incidents from third parties, or other objective causes.

7. Amendment Terms

  • DHF Platforms has the right to change, supplement, or adjust these terms at any time.

  • Any changes will be notified via registered email and prominently displayed on the Application, and will take effect from the date of posting the notification.

8. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed and interpreted according to the current laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

  • Any disputes arising from the use of the Application will be resolved through negotiation; in case they cannot be resolved, the case will be brought to the competent authority.
